Cold potato and leek soup. This
is a Summer classic.
Avocado Ginger Soup
Puree of avocado and fresh ginger
in a cream base. Served slightly warm, topped with garlic and lemon-scented
sour cream and chipotle powder. We also do this one with asparagus.
