We will turn your home into a 5-star restaurant for the evening. We will come to your house with wait staff and chefs, and prepare the menu of your choice for up to twenty guests, or cocktails and appetizers for up to 50 guests.
Site Planning - want to do your dinner on candle-lit tables in           Central Park? On a yacht circling Liberty Island?  Something
           else in mind?  We'll make it happen.
Live Entertainment - you might want a string quartet, or a
          harp player, or a hypnotist. Whatever it is, we'll get it.
          For example, we often accompany our signature Spanish tapas presentation
          with a classical Spanish guitarist for a short recital. Very dramatic.

We provide all food service accessories - tables, chairs, lights, crystal, silver, champagne fountains, sound systems, whatever you need, leave it to us.

We have consultants who will work with you to create any customized environmental enhancements you have in mind, from custom fabrics and tableware to furniture accessories, theatrical lighting, whatever your imagination requires.

The right music at the right time is a key component of any successful party. We will design appropriate, imaginative background music programming that will create just the right mood to match your menu and guest list, so you can entertain instead of shuffling CD's or fiddling with your Ipod. We'll burn your custom music program on CD's that are yours to keep, or we will bring a laptop with the program built up, and load your Ipod before the party.

Our executive chef is available on a limited basis for private lessons in the home. He offers individual classes or will teach groups up to three students. Raw food materials for classes are provided by Chef. Lesson content will be determined by the the student's skill level and objectives. Lessons are $45 per hour, additional students $15 per hour each.
