hosts. Over the last six years, we built a reputation in New England
for the finest in creative cuisine and service, and we now proudly
offer our private five-star restaurant experience to New York diners.
We'll design your dream dinner menu and serve you and up to 20 of
your guests. We
also do cocktail parties with appetizers for up to 50 guests. As
a complete event planning service, we can build on your event theme
with decor enhancements, musicians, performance artists, and more.
Each Oasis event is a unique work of art that reflects your good
taste and entertainment skills - an event your guests will talk

At Oasis we take food, but not ourselves, very
seriously. So you will enjoy culturally distinct creations that
are authentic, unique, and flawlessly executed without being fussy
or over-wrought. The New York restaurant scene is arguably
the best on the planet, and it's a thrill to explore, but entertaining
in your own home in comfort and style is a rare treat. And
we can do things for your private party that no restaurant can match
at any price. Imagine - any menu you want, made fresh.
We shop and build the the mise-en-place for every menu fresh for
service.
Organics are the hot new trend in restaurants
- locally grown produce and free-range meat and game. But almost
all caterers still stock the cheapest raw ingredients possible to
keep costs down. At Oasis we've been using organics
and sourcing from local farms since we started - before most restaurants
were doing it. Does it cost more? Most of the time, yes. Is it worth
it? Oh, yes.
In addition to our original creations, we offer preparations
from the world's great chefs and food writers to bring you the best
of the best. Our menu says it all.
If you’re tired of caterers pushing what they need to unload,

Food design is not a contest to see how many expensive ingredients
you can pile onto a cracker. At Oasis, we start with authentic
cultural roots, and build on them carefully. With truly great food,

The idea is this - a world-class
five-star restaurant experience in your home, or the private venue
of your choice, without lifiting a finger. No taxis in
traffic, no worry about reservations, no waiting in line. Ever try
to book that "hot new restaurant", and find out you have
to wait three months and go on a Tuesday at 5:15? Try booking it
for a party of 12. Impossible? Not any more - your house
is the hot new restaurant, and you can have the party whenever you
want . We will plan and execute the menu, provide
all staff and accessories, decorate the house, arrange transportation
for guests, design themed music programs, or hire entertainers.
We do the legwork, and you get to relax and be the ultimate
host.
